What should I do if my EPIKGO isn't working properly?

If your EPIKGO is not working properly there are a few things you can do.  First start with a hard reset to your EPIKGO board.  A hard reset can be done by finding the power button on the back of the board and holding it down.  It is also important to make sure that your board has sufficient battery power before riding.  If nothing seems to help your issue please contact us at http://epikgo.com/contact/.

Trying to pair the remote to my board per the instructions and it's not working. I've tried multiple times - the board has a full charge. Please advise. Thanks.

Am I the only one that finds it interesting that none of these questions have been addressed by customer support? My brand new skateboard that I purchased from this website  will not pair with the remote, the remote won't seem to charge, one of the lights is out and the one on the far left is blinking, there is no 13 digit number anywhere on the bottom to register the warranty and when I emailed customer support about the remote issue their response was to simply ask if I had followed the directions that were in the box.  Also, when the board is turned on there is a sound like radio static that comes from one of the motors which isn't even in use...this company is doomed unless they get it together with their support team.
